Going to get dinner

We've been watching shows about the best hotdogs and hamburgers all day...so we're going out to shake shack to get a burger. David's still sore but the swelling is down on his back. I'm going to try to make him stay home at least through Wednesday...but I doubt he's going to listen...

Nap time again

Pookie's going to take a nap...he's still only on Tylenol. I imagine he's going be quite hungry when he wakes up, so we'll go have some Italian food...and if we happen to run into some pre-cut fruits, I'm sure he'll be thrilled to eat those as well...

Pookie's awake...

He is back to his bad pookie ways...throat is a little sore and back is sore...he did not wake up in the middle of the night and is going to take tylenol..

David is feeling good ... Starting to get a little sore. He is still only on tylenol. Going to bed now and will post more updates in the morning.

Pookie's back in business

After a nice nap, we are going to get some coldstone ice cream (as per david's request). He seems to be doing quite well (knock on wood) and is back to his bad pookie ways. Out doctor recommended that as a present for david, I should get him a really tight t-shirt...

Back to business...

Pookie just had some pasta and broccoli rabe and is going to take a nap...in typical pookie fashion. He took some extra strength tylenol and is going to try to stay away from the stronger medication if possible.

No more bump...just one groggy pookie

David's Awake

Today's Schedule

Just FYI - david took today off and is sleeping in this morning. He needs to be at the hospital at 12pm, and I will meet him there. His surgery starts at 2pm and should last about 1 hour. When he wakes up, I will take him home. I'll send  a message when he's going in and when he's done.
